COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Integral Technologies 9400-00058 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Integrated-Synchronizing-System products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jlem parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Introl-Design product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Integrated-Synchronizing-System such as the M472 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PE602T01 manufactured by Jlem and we are pleased to be able to service most Jlem systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 33621 by Manufacturer Introl-Design as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Interroll Brand 113R2064HSEWP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Johannes-Heidenhain such as ROD1424002900K1 equipment made by Johannes-Heidenhain have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Johannes-Heidenhain products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Johannes-Heidenhain" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D32444 made by Johnson-Controls as well as the popular VPVLSS200 original spares produced by Jamesbury Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D4732 by Johnson-Controls and ROD1424002900K1 spares by Johannes-Heidenhain are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original T20ta3073 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Joslyn-Clark. |
